At the beginning of each project your project manager will put together a construction schedule identifying overall duration, as well as key mile stones and long lead items. By being proactive, we ensure that all materials will arrive onsite before the date they are needed. During the construction process we will maintain weekly jobsite meetings where both the owner and the subcontractors are encouraged to attend. These meetings keep you informed of job progress and allow you to see the project as it develops. We find that this often gives a customer a chance to see something they may want to change before we get too far along in the construction process saving time and money at the completion of the project.
